The printing techniques for kraft paper include the following:

(1) When printing colors on kraft paper, it is best to choose brightly colored ink, which is to use more eye-catching colors to achieve better color effects. Kraft paper itself has certain colors, and if the printed colors are too light, it is not easy to reflect them. In addition, we can add a little white to the oil film first, which will achieve a light color effect and facilitate color reproduction.

(2) Compared to ordinary paper, kraft paper has stronger permeability, so it is generally printed using flexographic printing and should not be printed using an offset press, as the latter is prone to the phenomenon of paper fuzz detachment during printing.

(3) When making cardboard from kraft paper, it is easy to generate dust. Therefore, it is important to reduce the generation of dust to avoid harm. To achieve this, we can try to improve the surface smoothness of kraft paper as much as possible.

(4) Kraft paper should avoid rebound through deep indentation lines, and the indentation should be as narrow as possible on the punched line. For kraft cardboard, based on experience, it is more suitable for production on high-speed folding machines.
